Summer Love

Happy Sunday, Lovies! 
I discovered a really cool new spot, providing a bird view of the city. I figured this background would be perfect for my first official Summer inspo outfit. 

I’m totally obsessed with this colorful jumpsuit from H&M! The material is light and has a silky feel to it. All it takes to style is some sparkly shoes and a whole bunch of gypsy bracelets. What more do you need for a lazy vacation?! The only I can complain about is they need to come up with more design prints of the same exact thing and I’ll buy them all! The positive thing- they are currently stoked up in most H&M locations worldwide! Hurry up and get yours, it’s a must for the upcoming summer!  ❤️

Blue Summer *post beach*

Happy Wednesday, Lovies! 
Considering the Spring-ish temperatures in most of Europe, I’m happy to announce I am currently soaking vitamin D like a boss! 

The secret I’ve been teasing you about is actually pretty major and although it’s a positive thing, it’s also very overwhelming. I got the opportunity to chill by the beach for the next 24 hours. God knows I needed some time away to meditate and recharge my batteries and if you a loyal follower, you know I prefer doing that by the water! 

After a day of being hypnotized by water, I decided to take a few snaps of myself with a tripod. It’s not my best work but considering I don’t usually take pictures by myself, I think I did a good job!  ☺️

I love how peaceful my face is here as the second pic was the first one taken. Meditation, self reflection and quiet time are very important for one’s mental state.

I’m wearing a handmade dress from a local Indian market. It’s one of my favorite beach pieces as it can be worn as a dress or as a skirt. I have the same one in white and red and I actually regret not getting a few other colors combos.  
Tomorrow will be a day off-off social media that is.  I believe it’s really important to spend some time in nature, away from technology and social media. I’m kind of excited right now but I know I’ll be itching to check my instagram or Snapchat something cool by lunch time 😂

Off duty

Good Friday, Lovies!! 
I’ve spent this past week in crazy preparations for the upcoming holidays. Luckily I only worked till Tuesday so I dare saying I’m ready for Easter! 

I decided to take a few quick shots of an off duty look and show you what I wear on days off when I’m running errands. As you guys know, I prefer to be comfy while slayin’ 😂

Less is more

Greetings Lovies! 
This past Friday I attended the closing night of Sofia Fashion Week SS17. My schedule is so busy, that’s the only night I managed to grace with my presence. I won’t go into detail about my disappointment in the organization of the event and I’m not sure I’ll be writing a post about the clothes. Today, I’ll just share my look with you:

While I was going through my closet, searching for an outfit, I caught myself craving simplicity and comfort. In the sea of recycled prom dresses and heels one simply can’t walk in, I went for a Tommy Hilfiger dress, a statement piece worth remembering. After some deliberation, I decided to stick to comfort and paired it up with cute kitten heels from Esprit and minimal jewelry- a Pandora bracelet in old silver and my favorite name necklace. Wavy hair and a pop of red on my lips from Mac to finish the look:

Привет, Любовчета! 
Този петък посетих последната вечер от седмицата на модата в София пролет-лято ’17. Графикът ми се пука по шевовете и това беше единственото събитие, което успях да вмъкна тази година. Няма да навлизам в детайли за разочарованието ми от организацията и чалгата, последвала ревюто на Валентино. Не мисля, че ще има пост за ревютата, които гледах. Миризмата на пот и задуха в залата победиха дори правостоящата тълпа по дънки и джапанки (?!). Днес ще говорим само за моят тоалет (на снимките горе). 

Докато преравях гардетоба в търсене на тоалет, усетих че жадувам нещо семпло и удобно. В морето от бални рокли и токчета, на който не можеш да застанеш камо ли да ходиш, аз избрах семпла, но открояваща се рокля от пролетната колекция на Томи Хилфигър и ниски токчета от Есприт. Минимални бижута: гривна от Пандора в цвят старо сребро и любимата ми огърлица с името ми. Добавяйки чуплива коса и малко червено на устните ми от Мак, съм готова да покоря света!

Sunday Brunch

Astronomical Spring might be on its way but today we had a nasty 4°C weather and even snow in the early evening hours. I had an outfit ready to wear and shoot for you Lovies, but in such conditions on a Sunday it’s practically impossible to get me out of the house. Instead of being a couch potato, I decided to throw a little Sunday brunch with some german food and good friends. We also had a special guest- Cookie, the white spitz! 

You have to exhaust her with games if you want a decent shot of her cute self 😻

I also braved the cold and took a few snaps of my casual Sunday look (outfit details below): 

I’m kinda proud of myself because my face doesn’t suggest how cold I actually was, even tho the whole shoot didn’t take more than 10 minutes!

Астрономическата пролет наближава, но днес бях посрещната от 4°С и дори сняг привечер! Имах съчетан тоалет, готов за носене и снимки за вас Любовчета, но в такова време е невъзможно да ме изкараш от къщи. Вместо да се сраствам с дивана, реших да организирам брънч с немска храна и добри приятели. От снимките по-горе виждате, че имахме и специален гост- Куки, бял немски шпиц, неспособна да стои мирно дори за една снимка (освен ако не я измориш с игри). 

Успях да преборя студа за няколко снимки на мързеливия ми неделен аутфит, издърпан от гардероба на случаен принцип! Леко се гордея със себе си, защото лицето ми на снимките не издава колко ми беше студено докато снимахме, въпреки че цялата сесия не отне повече от 10 минути.

Just a glimpse

It’s almost Wednesday, so hang in there Lovies! 

Every time I say I’ll be updating you on my looks and other affairs, a new pile of work ends up crashing my plans! I’m always racing the clock but today I took the time to take some snaps of my look. Just as I was getting excited about the warm weather, we got snow (luckily it melted), but the temperatures remain too cold for me. I’m wearing a Forever21 wool dress in cream I got a few years ago for the coldest days (the only turtle neck I tolerate), black thermo leggings, Guess boots and coat, and a Michael Kors bag. 

I’m already shopping for spring and I’m looking forward to sharing more looks and posting as much as I’d like to!

Summer dreams in February

Happy Wednesday, Lovies! 
It’s been a minute since I shared an outfit with you. To be completely honest, I felt kind of uninspired; when it’s -20°C I don’t care even if my shoes are different colors, as long as they keep me warm! 

I miss summer and I’m not the only one! Recently, one of my lovely readers told me she’d love to see me with some baby blue accents, as she is also bored with the endless black, grey and brown parade that seems to be an unofficial uniform here throughout the winter months. Well Maria (@freshcutsoflife), I haven’t found anything suiting yet, so here’s a sea themed look, I wore last weekend, the first day temperatures reached 9°C this year!

While I was shooting in a small but gorgeous gallery in downtown Sofia (it was closed), I realized how much I miss sharing outfits with you so here’s a few extra shots from the coffee shop I was hanging at 😊

As we are expecting temperatures to steadily increase in the next few weeks, I dare saying I’ll be sharing more looks throughout the month of Love.

Exploring the Rhine river

Happy Sunday, Lovies! 

In case you follow me on social media (@SilviaMelange), you know by now I’m exploring Hessen, Germany. 

The other day I went up the Rhine river to visit the statue of Loreley and the countless castles along the way. I was hypnotized by the view but I didn’t forget all of you as I sometimes do (guilty!), so I snapped a few pics of my look. I don’t think it’s even worth mentioning how important it is to be dressed warm for outdoor explorations in Germany this time of the year! I was lucky there was no wind so my Zara jacket came, revealing an oversized sweater from Tommy Hilfiger, paired with thermo leggings from H&M and knit Uggs. 

Excuse the face bc the hair is fabulous! 

Like every self respecting fashion blogger, I sometimes search for things on the ground 😂

Visiting this area was a magical experience I recommend to everyone who happens to be in town. Even when it’s chilly, it’s the perfect place for meditation and soul searching or as I call it- getting lost in nature.

Разходки из крайбрежието на река Рейн

Честита неделя, Любовчета! Ако ме следвате из социалните медии (@SilviaMelange), знаете, че в момента пътешествам из Хесен, Германия. 

Преди няколко дни посетих статуята на Лорелай и множеството околни замъци по крайбрежието на река Рейн. Гледката беше хипнотична, но не ви забравих както се е случвало (виновна съм!) и направих няколко снимки на тоалета ми. Не мисля, че си струва да споменавам колко важни са топлите дрехи по това време на годината. Имах късмет- денят не беше ветровит и времето ми позволи да сваля дебелото яке от Zara и да ви покажа грамаден пуловер от Tommy Hilfiger, термо клин H&M, и плетени ботуши от Ugg. 

Като всеки, уважаващ себе си моден блогър понякога търся неизвестни неща по земята:

Горещо ви препоръчвам да посетите статуята на Лорелай и околията ако ви се отдаде подобна възможност. Мястото е сякаш заредено с магия, перфектно за медитация или както аз казвам- да се изгубиш сред природата. Краят на годината наближава и всеки от нас има нужда от място, където да се отпусне и да рефлектира, планувайки наближаващата 2017-та година. Кое е вашето тайно местенце сред природата? Travel style

As I mentioned in my last post, I got to travel around for Thanksgiving. Matter of fact, I’m still exploring around but more on that later. Lufthansa chose a hell of a time to strike but were quick to rebook me with the only plane flying out that same day! I found the positive in a negative situation- I got the opportunity to take a few shots of my look while boarding the plane! 

I’m wearing a Guess knit from a few years ago, Zara skinny jeans, Ugg knits and a Nine West tote.

Както споменах в последният ми пост, обикалям наоколо 🙂 Луфтханза избра ужасно време, за да стачкува, но бързо ми резервираха място в единственият друг самолет, излитащ същия ден! Аз от моя страна успях да намеря позитивното в негативна ситуация- две страхотни снимки докато се качвахме на борда!
